Why GECAA
Municipalities know they have to act: on heat, heavy rain and flooding. But whether a specific measure at a specific location is legally permissible, technically feasible and eligible for funding is still mostly checked by hand. That takes two to four weeks per measure and costs up to €15,000 when outsourced.
