State-wide startup competition for climate, environment, energy efficiency and resource conservation
Khoch3 KlimaKarten is one of the Top Ten teams of the KUER.NRW business plan competition 2025. The state-wide competition for startups in climate, environment, energy efficiency and resource conservation is organized by pro Ruhrgebiet e.V. on behalf of the North Rhine-Westphalian Ministry of the Environment. Khoch3 successfully completed the business plan phase with expert evaluation.
The jury recognized the concept of KomAdapt, the digital all-in-one tool for municipal climate adaptation that supports administrations from risk analysis to funding-program matching.
The expert evaluation covers market potential, technical feasibility and environmental benefit. For Khoch3 KlimaKarten, the competition was an important test ahead of the funding commitment in the state competition Grüne Gründungen.NRW and before the start of pilot projects in North Rhine-Westphalian municipalities.
